Thank you for shopping with GRIMFIT. Every order is made to order to reduce waste and maintain product quality. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All GRIMFIT products are made to order. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, and current order volume.
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During high-volume periods, launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical shipping estimates:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Split Shipments
Because products may be produced and fulfilled from different facilities, items within the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
You may receive:
- Multiple tracking numbers
- Separate packages
- Different delivery dates for different items
This is a normal part of our fulfillment process for made-to-order products.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
GRIMFIT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Delays
GRIMFIT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Weather
- Customs processing
- Lost or stolen packages
- High shipping volume periods
- Circumstances outside of our control
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of damage, odors, stains, or excessive wear
- Returned with original packaging when possible
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
